Lead the overall Cost Control function by ensuring effective inventory management, accurate cost reporting, and compliance with company policies and financial standards.
Drive cost optimization initiatives through detailed analysis of food, beverage, and operating expenses while supporting profitability and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with other operational departments to strengthen internal controls and support informed business decisions.
Strong expertise in food & beverage costing, inventory management, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and internal audit processes.
Demonstrated leadership, analytical thinking, business acumen, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams in a fast-paced hotel environment.
•Ability to contribute to the community and make a difference through our Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) activities.
