. This position is responsible for supporting cost planning and budgeting to ensure operational sustainability and efficiency within the company.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze cost and budget reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage, monitor, and optimize production and distribution costs.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure cost and budget alignment with company plans.
• Analyze variances between actual costs and budgets, providing recommendations for improvements.
• Prepare financial reports related to the supply chain and operations on time.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in costing and budgeting, especially in the FMCG industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced level).
• Experience with SAP for financial reporting and analysis.
• Knowledgeable in costing concepts in FMCG and its application in budgeting.
• High integrity, able to work independently or in a team, with a strong commitment to maintaining the company’s financial standards.
• Strong financial analysis skills and attention to detail.
