About the role
Enesis Group is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Store & Asset Management Staff to support inventory control, spare parts management, and warehouse operations. In this role, you will help ensure stock accuracy, proper material storage, and efficient warehouse processes.
- Key responsibilities
- Manage spare parts inventory to ensure stock availability and accuracy.
- Handle material receiving, issuing, stock checking, and stock opname activities.
- Ensure materials are stored properly according to their Bin Location/Storage Bin.
- Monitor stock movements, inventory accuracy, and slow-moving items.
- Perform inventory transactions using SAP WMS and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and relevant stakeholders to support smooth warehouse operations.
- About you
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in any major.
- Basic knowledge of spare parts management and inventory control.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with SAP WMS is preferred.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and well-organized.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
