Job Description
Prepare, monitor, and analyze credit-related reports, ensuring timely and accurate submission in compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
- Review and update credit policies and guidelines to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and business needs.
- Track and coordinate the completion of action plans arising from internal and external audit findings.
- Conduct credit portfolio analysis and provide insights to support risk monitoring and business decisions.
- Promote knowledge sharing and support cross-training initiatives to strengthen team capabilities and operational continuity.
Requirements
- Min. Bachelor’s Degree of Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Credit Portfolio or Credit Management in the banking industry. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analytics tools.
- Basic understanding of statistics, credit portfolio analysis, and data reporting.
- Ability to prepare analytical reports and communicate findings effectively.
- Knowledge of banking or credit risk management is an advantage.
