that plays a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. As a Customer Relation specialist, you will be the critical link between our customers and the organisation, ensuring their needs are understood, addressed, and exceeded. Your contributions will directly impact customer satisfaction, loyalty, and the overall reputation of PT Langgeng Dunia Selaras in the marketplace.

• Key responsibilities
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Address customer concerns, complaints, and issues with empathy and efficiency, working towards satisfactory resolutions
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions in the company database
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily and to gather feedback
• Provide customers with product and service information, answering questions and offering assistance as needed
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to management or relevant departments in a timely manner
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and suggest improvements to processes and services
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards at all times
• What we're looking for
• Proven experience in customer service or customer relations roles, preferably in a call centre or customer-facing environment
• Excellent communication skills in Indonesian and English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse customers
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach to resolving issues
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously without compromising quality
• Proficiency with computer systems, databases, and customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in documenting customer interactions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or customer service certifications are advantageous
