About the role

• We are seeking an experienced
• Public Relations Professional
• to join PT Langgeng Dunia Selaras. This is a
• contract position

based in North Kuta, Bali, where you will play a vital role in managing and enhancing our company's public image and stakeholder relationships. As a Public Relations specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic communications initiatives that align with our corporate objectives and strengthen our position within the industry. This role is essential to building and maintaining positive relationships with media, government bodies, community organisations and other key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive public relations strategies and campaigns that support the company's business objectives and corporate goals

Build and maintain strong relationships with media representatives, journalists and news outlets to secure positive coverage and manage media inquiries

• Prepare and distribute press releases, media kits and other communications materials to relevant stakeholders and media channels
• Manage crisis communications and corporate reputation issues, ensuring swift and appropriate responses to protect company interests
• Coordinate corporate events, press conferences, product launches and community engagement initiatives
• Monitor media coverage and public sentiment, providing regular reports and analysis to senior management
• Liaise with government agencies, regulatory bodies and community organisations to maintain positive corporate relations
• Create and manage internal communications to ensure consistent messaging across all levels of the organisation
• Develop and maintain the company's corporate social responsibility programmes and initiatives
• Manage social media presence and digital communications channels to enhance brand visibility and engagement
• What we're looking for
• Minimum 4-6 years of professional experience in public relations, corporate communications or a related field
• Proven track record of successfully managing high-profile media campaigns and stakeholder engagement programmes

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian, with the ability to craft compelling messaging for diverse audiences

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with media, government officials and community leaders
• Experience in crisis management and reputation protection
• Proficiency in digital communications, social media management and content creation
• Knowledge of Indonesian media landscape and regulatory environment
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Business or a related discipline
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and government relations is highly desirable
• Familiarity with tourism, hospitality or related industries would be advantageous
