Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Relationship Manager based in Jakarta Barat. The CRM will be responsible for day to day task such as :
- Create new customer or expand customer base
- Maintain relationship with existing customer
- Help customer solve problem and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
- Stay updated to new products and market
- Customer visit : Office and Factory
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Experience in the industrial products such as industrial pumps, seals, valves, power transmissions, and solutions industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Public Relation or a related field preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Interpersonal skill, Organization skill, Problem Solving skill, Negotiation skill, Self confidence
- Willingness and ability to travel out of town
- Ability to work in high stress environment and multitask
- Driving license : A or C
- Preferably have own vehicle
- Product : Industrial Pumps & Seals, Power Transmissions, Valves, etc.
Industry : Mining, Refinery, Oil and Gas, Pulp and Paper, Marine, Power Plant, Chemical Plant, Cement Plant, Fertilizer, General Industry, etc.
- Minimum 2 yeas experience in industrial company , B2B & B2C sales
- Language : Indonesia, English and Mandarin (plus)
