Qualifications
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Attractive, neat, and professional appearance.
- Good command of English, both spoken and written.
- Friendly, polite, and able to communicate effectively.
- Patient, responsive, detail-oriented, and able to handle customer complaints.
- Able to operate a computer and communication applications.
- Willing to work from the office (WFO).
- Preferably residing in Jakarta or surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, prices, availability, and the ordering process.
- Process orders and ensure all customer and order details are accurate.
- Communicate professionally with Indonesian and international customers.
- Coordinate orders with the florist, operations, and delivery teams.
- Monitor orders until they are successfully delivered.
- Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Follow up with customers after orders are completed.
- Maintain accurate customer and transaction records.
- Work Location: West Jakarta
- Work Arrangement: Work From Office (WFO)
