- Company Overview
Swing is a fast-growing sports-tech startup focused on a sports venue booking platform. We are currently one of the leading golf booking platforms in Indonesia and are evolving into a sports super-app covering Golf, Badminton, Billiard, and Padel.
In addition to Indonesia, Swing is also active in Malaysia, particularly in the golf industry (driving ranges & golf courses), and will continue expanding into more sports and regions.
We are looking for a proactive, fast, and startup-minded Customer Service to help ensure smooth user experience while the company is growing rapidly.
Job Description
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via chat, email, and phone
- Assist users with booking, rescheduling, refunds, and transaction issues in the app
- Manage and process customer data for operational needs and reporting
- Coordinate with Operations, Tech, and Partnership teams regarding user issues
- Ensure excellent customer experience across all Swing platforms
- Monitor daily bookings and user activities in the system
- Provide insights from customer feedback for product improvement
- Support other operational needs related to customers and venues
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma / Bachelor degree in any major
- Minimum 1 year experience as Customer Service / Customer Support / Admin / Operations
- Fluent in English (required, as you will handle international partners & customers)
- Comfortable working with data (Excel / Google Sheets is required)
- Able to work fast, multitask, and handle deadlines
- Proactive, high initiative, and not waiting to be told what to do
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Preferably experienced in startup / tech company / app-based business
- Big plus if you are interested in sports (Golf, Badminton, Billiard, Padel, etc.)
