Kualifikasi

• Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in customer service, account management, or a related retention-focused role.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on empathy and conflict resolution.
• Proven ability to analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for retention.
• Experience in problem-solving and de-escalating customer issues effectively.
• Familiarity with customer loyalty programs and strategies for upselling & cross-selling.
