WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Onboarding & Implementation
• Support system setup and configuration for modules such as Attendance, Payroll, Leave Management, and Organization Structure.
• Assist with system testing, data validation, and implementation tasks.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation.
• Product Testing & Documentation
• Assist in testing new features and reporting issues to the Customer Success/Product team.
• Prepare and maintain implementation documents, checklists, and user guides.
• Contribute to the Customer Success knowledge base.
• Customer Support
• Deliver timely, high-quality customer support via live chat, phone, and email, targeting a first response time of 1 minute.
• Troubleshoot customer and technical issues, recommend best practices, and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure timely follow-up.
• Continuous Improvement
• Support improvements to implementation and customer support processes.
• Provide feedback on product features to help enhance the customer experience.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Customer Success team.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Information System/Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
• Good command of English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Tech-savvy with a strong interest in HR Tech and SaaS products.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Eager to learn, proactive, and able to work effectively both independently and in a team.
