Monitor chat channels and initiate chat conversations with (potential) customers to offer assistance, answer questions, and provide product or service information.

Collaborate with other teams such as sales, marketing, and customer success to identify opportunities for proactive engagement with customers through chat.

Gather feedback from customers and improve the user experience.
