Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain cleanliness and beauty of garden and landscape areas
- Water, fertilize, and care for plants regularly
- Trim grass, trees, shrubs, and ornamental plants
- Remove weeds, dry leaves, and garden waste
- Monitor plant health and report any damage or pests
- Assist in landscaping and seasonal garden projects
- Ensure all gardening tools are clean, safe, and properly stored
- Follow safety procedures while working outdoors
Kualifikasi
- Having experience as a gardener is preferred
- Basic knowledge of plants, soil, and garden maintenance
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors
- Hardworking, disciplined, and responsible
- Able to work individually or in a team
- Willing to work under weather conditions (sun/rain)
- Able to follow instructions and safety procedures
