Job Description
About the role
PISON Group is seeking a friendly, passionate, and service oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our Front of House team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, taking orders accurately, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.
- Key responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
- Take guests' food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Communicate orders clearly to the kitchen and bar teams
- Serve food and beverages to guests according to established service standards
- Ensure all food and beverages are served correctly, promptly, and in accordance with company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of tables, chairs, service stations, and dining areas
- Set up and clear tables before, during, and after service
- Clear used plates, glasses, cutlery, and other items from tables promptly and safely
- Maintain proper hygiene, cleanliness, and personal grooming standards throughout the shift
- Follow food safety, hygiene, health, and safety procedures at all times
- About you
- Previous experience as a Daily Worker Waiter/Waitress or in a similar hospitality role is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of restaurant service standards and Front of House operations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, professional, and well-groomed appearance
- Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Good teamwork and time management skills
- Ability to remain calm and attentive during busy service periods
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
- Good English communication skills are preferred
