Qualifications
- Experience managing large annotation teams
- Comfortable leading high-volume, quality-driven operations
- Excellent written and spoken English, with impeccable grammar and exceptional attention to detail
- Adaptable and thrives when priorities and requirements change
- Takes ownership, moves quickly, and proactively solves problems
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Holds a Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
- Willing to work from Jakarta office (WFO)
- Open to international travel to support global offices
- Mandarin/Chinese is a plus
