This role requires an experienced HR professional to manage performance & compensation alignment, facilitate training & career development, foster employee engagement, and ensure ethical practices. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, expertise in HRIS, and experience with labor laws and employee relations.
Responsibilities
- Monitor KPIs and integrate them with bonus structures for performance management.
- Lead performance reviews and facilitate career development programs.
- Identify skill gaps and propose relevant training initiatives.
- Manage BAU town halls and organize company gatherings/outings.
- Oversee the whistleblower process and maintain ethical work practices.
- Conduct recruitment processes when required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a relevant field.
- Proven experience in designing or implementing KPI frameworks and performance-based bonus alignment.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and public speaking skills (for leading town halls and training sessions).
- Demonstrated experience in handling sensitive employee relations, whistleblower cases, and maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Familiarity with local labor laws, employment regulations, and ethical workplace practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and data analysis tools (e.g., MS Excel) for KPI and performance tracking.
