Responsibilities

Team Leadership

Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture focused on continuous improvement.

Data Analysis and Reporting

Conduct complex data analysis to extract meaningful insights and trends. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability in all analytical outputs.

Project Management

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of data analysis projects. Collaborate with other departments to define project requirements and scope.

Data Governance

Implement and enforce data governance policies and best practices to maintain data integrity. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the availability and accessibility of required data.

Strategic Planning

Contribute to the development and implementation of the data analytics strategy aligned with organizational goals. Identify opportunities to leverage data for strategic decision-making.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven insights. Communicate complex analytical findings in a clear and understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders.

Continuous Learning

: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analytics. Promote a culture of continuous learning within the team.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in
• SQL and Python/R
• for data analysis and manipulation.
• Strong understanding of
• statistics, databases, and data analytics methodologies
• Proven experience in
• collecting, researching, and developing data-gathering methods

• Proven experience in building and implementing
• predictive and prescriptive analytics models
