About the role

PT Dynacast Indonesia (Batam), a leading manufacturing and logistics company in Batam, is seeking a talented Data Entry Inventory Control professional to join their team. This full-time role will be based in Batam, Riau Islands, and will play a crucial part in the company's overall operations and reporting processes.

• What you'll be doing
• Accurately enter and maintain inventory data in the company's systems
• Reconcile inventory records and identify any discrepancies
• Generate periodic inventory reports for management and stakeholders
• Support the implementation of inventory control best practices
• Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure efficient inventory management
• Assist with other data entry and administrative tasks as required
• What we're looking for
• Strong attention to detail and excellent data entry skills
• Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Relevant experience in a similar inventory control or data entry role
• Knowledge of manufacturing or logistics industry best practices would be an advantage
