About the role

As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating compelling visual content that engages our audience and drives our business objectives forward. This contract position offers flexibility and the chance to work on diverse and innovative design projects.
- Key responsibilities
- Develop and design visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various marketing materials and digital platforms
- Create designs for print and digital media including social media content, websites, brochures, posters, and advertisements
Collaborate with marketing, communications, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that align with brand guidelines
- Utilise industry-standard design software and tools to produce high-quality creative assets
- Review design concepts and make revisions based on client and stakeholder feedback
- Ensure all designs maintain brand consistency and meet quality standards
- Stay updated with current design trends, techniques, and best practices in the graphic design industry
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously whilst meeting agreed deadlines
- What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating design expertise across various mediums and styles
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce pixel-perfect designs
- Creative thinking with the ability to develop original and innovative design concepts
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to accept constructive feedback and adapt designs accordingly
- Time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of web design and user experience principles is advantageous
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a plus
- Experience in Hospitality Industri is a plus.
