Development Commercialization (DCL)

Tanggung Jawab

• Managing the technical aspects of product development, including material selection, manufacturability, and development timelines.
• Coordinate the scheduling of the new shoe manufacturing process and the equipment used for the trial process
• Check the quality of new shoe products to identify any issues before mass production
• Communicate with various company stakeholders
• Collaborating with engineering, quality assurance, and production teams to implement innovative solutions
• Handle and follow up on data and documents report
• Assist in organizing meetings to introduce new models after the trial is completed

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience in relevant field ( fresh graduate are welcome)
• Fluent in English
• Ability to speak Chinese is preferred (orally)
• Able to operate MS.Office application
• Excellent skills in written and verbal communication
• Excellent problem - solving and can work together in a team
• Understand each process and principle for shoe making
• Eager to learn new technology of shoes making process
• Must be aware about occupational health and safety in general and able to implement it at work environment
