About the role

PT Advanced Psychotherapy Indonesia is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing & Communications team. This is a full-time position based in Central Jakarta, where you will play a crucial role in driving our digital presence and expanding our reach within the psychotherapy and mental health services sector. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with our organisational goals and enhance brand awareness in the competitive mental health market.

What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including search engines, social media, email and content platforms

Managing search engine optimisation (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) initiatives to improve online visibility and drive qualified traffic to our digital properties

Creating and optimising paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, social media platforms and other digital channels to maximise return on investment

• Monitoring and analysing digital marketing metrics, campaign performance and user engagement data to inform strategic decision-making
• Developing engaging digital content including copy, graphics and multimedia assets that resonate with our target audience
• Managing social media accounts and community engagement to build brand loyalty and foster meaningful interactions with our audience
• Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the digital marketing landscape

Collaborating with internal teams including communications, client services and leadership to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign alignment

• Testing and optimising digital marketing strategies on an ongoing basis to improve performance and achieve key performance indicators
• Staying current with digital marketing trends, tools and best practices to continuously enhance our marketing effectiveness
• What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role within the marketing and communications field, ideally with 2-4 years of professional experience

Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms including Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media advertising and email marketing software

• Demonstrated expertise in search engine optimisation (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) with measurable results
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing channels, conversion funnels and customer journey mapping
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights and make data-driven recommendations
• Proficiency in content management systems and basic graphic design tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Indonesian and English
• Creative thinking with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Experience in the healthcare, wellness or mental health sector is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline
• Certifications in digital marketing, Google Analytics or Google Ads are advantageous
