About the role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team at PT Advanced Psychotherapy Indonesia. This full-time position is based in Central Jakarta and offers an exciting opportunity to drive business growth by promoting our comprehensive psychotherapy and mental health services to corporate clients, healthcare providers, and individual consumers. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets whilst representing our organisation's commitment to advancing mental health solutions in Indonesia.
- Key responsibilities
- Identify, prospect and pursue new sales opportunities within the corporate, healthcare and individual client segments
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for service expansion
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs and objectives
- Conduct needs assessments with prospective clients to understand their mental health and psychotherapy requirements
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure profitable business deals whilst maintaining positive client relationships
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators on a consistent basis
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions and pipeline management using CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams including service delivery and operations to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings and market developments relevant to psychotherapy and mental health services
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management, highlighting progress against targets and pipeline development
- What we're looking for
- Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably within the healthcare, wellness, or professional services sector
- Strong understanding of B2B and B2C sales processes, with the ability to manage complex sales cycles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all organisational levels
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of mental health services, psychotherapy or the healthcare industry is advantageous but not essential
- Fluency in Indonesian and English is essential; additional language skills are valued
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related discipline is preferred
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within Jakarta and surrounding regions as required
