As a Digital Performance Marketing Intern, you will support our paid digital marketing activities by helping with campaign monitoring, reporting, campaign setup, tracking checks, and basic performance analysis. We look for analytical minds who lead with honesty in reporting performance metrics, empathy for the user journey and team collaboration, and the agility to adapt to fast-paced data trends and campaign optimizations. You will gain hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization while working closely with the Performance Marketing team.

What you’ll do (Responsibilities)

Assist with daily monitoring of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads campaigns with high agility to quickly respond to performance changes.

Help prepare and update performance reports, including spend, impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, leads, CPL, and conversion rate with absolute honesty and accuracy.

Support campaign setup and campaign QA, including audience, budget, placement, creative upload, and UTM tagging with meticulous attention to detail and honesty.

Help monitor budget pacing and flag unusual campaign performance or tracking issues with honesty and transparency.

Assist with data pulling, cleaning, and simple analysis from Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) driven by objective honesty.

Support basic tracking and landing page checks, including GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), pixels, and conversion events through an empathetic understanding of user interaction.

• Assist with A/B testing for creatives, copy, audience, and landing pages with empathy toward audience preferences and user experience.
• Conduct competitor ads, creative, and digital campaign research with honesty and objective evaluation.
• Help prepare simple performance insights and optimization summaries for the team with honesty and clarity.

Support the preparation and execution of WhatsApp & Email Blast campaigns, including audience list preparation, basic segmentation, scheduling, and campaign QA with empathy for the customer's communication preferences.

Help monitor and report WhatsApp & Email Blast performance, including delivery/read rate, open rate, clicks, and other available engagement metrics with honesty and precision.

Support other digital performance marketing tasks with guidance from the team through high agility and open collaboration.

Kualifikasi

What capabilities you’ll need (Requirements)

Final-year student or fresh graduate, preferably with no remaining classes or academic commitments, demonstrating the agility to focus fully on internship deliverables.

• Interested in digital performance marketing, paid media, and marketing analytics with a passion for continuous learning and agility.
• Basic understanding of digital advertising or marketing funnels is preferred, combined with empathy for the customer journey.
• Comfortable working with numbers, data, and spreadsheets with complete honesty and precision in data handling.
• Familiar with Google Docs and Google Sheets to facilitate agile and transparent team collaboration.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Chat GPT, Claude, or Gemini to enhance productivity with agility.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and willing to learn with honesty and self-awareness.
• Able to communicate and work well with the team, showing high empathy and mutual support.

Bonus points if you have the following skills

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads showcasing practical agility.
• Familiar with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) or Google Tag Manager (GTM) to track data with precision and honesty.
• Familiar with basic dashboard/reporting tools (Google Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager).
• Basic understanding of UTM parameters, pixels, conversion tracking, or landing page performance built around empathy for user behavior.
• Experience with digital marketing projects, internships, competitions, or personal ad campaigns demonstrating proactive agility.
• Interest in F&B, startups, technology, or SaaS businesses.
