Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled, charismatic, and fluent English-speaking Medical Doctor to lead our aesthetic and regenerative clinical procedures. As the face of our medical expertise, you will consult with elite clients, design personalized anti-aging protocols, and perform high-end aesthetic treatments. The ideal candidate possesses a strong clinical background, an active aesthetic certification, and a hospitality-driven approach to patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive medical and aesthetic consultations for premium international and domestic clients.

Perform medical aesthetic procedures (including microneedling, injectables, and skin rejuvenation) and oversee intravenous (IV) stem cell and secretome infusions.

• Develop personalized, long-term regenerative and anti-aging treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Ensure the highest standards of clinical safety, hygiene, and medical ethics during all procedures.
• Collaborate seamlessly with clinical nurses and the management team to deliver a flawless, VVIP patient experience.
• Stay updated with the latest protocols and advancements in aesthetic and regenerative medicine.

Requirements

• Male or Female with a highly professional, and well-groomed appearance.
• Holds a valid Medical Doctor Degree and an active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi).
• Possesses a certified and valid Aesthetic Medicine Certification.
• Fluent in spoken and written English (Mandatory) to communicate effectively with international clients.
• Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience in an aesthetic clinic, anti-aging center, or premium medical facility.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, confident, and empathetic bedside manner.
• Willing to work on a full-time basis in Bali.
