We are looking for a dynamic, English-speaking Clinical Nurse who is not only skilled with a needle but also possesses a natural talent for patient communication and sales consultation.

Job Summary

This is a unique hybrid role designed for an exceptional nurse who excels in both clinical precision and premium client relations. You will provide critical clinical support to the lead doctor during advanced therapies, ensure a safe and pristine environment, and act as the first point of contact for our VVIP patients, guiding them seamlessly from initial inquiry to post-treatment aftercare.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Excellence

Assist the lead doctor during advanced stem cell and secretome therapies. Safely and confidently perform IV insertions and blood draws.

Patient Consultation & Sales

Act as the first point of contact for potential high-net-worth clients via WhatsApp and Email. Educate them on our therapies, build trust, and persuasively guide them to book their treatments.

Patient Education & Aftercare

Educate patients and their families on health management, post-treatment protocols, and comprehensive aftercare.

Facility Standards

Ensure a clean, safe, sterile, and comfortable luxury environment for all patients at all times.

Administrative Support

Manage patient scheduling, follow-ups, and maintain accurate digital medical records.

Team Synergy

Collaborate closely with the healthcare and management team to deliver the absolute best patient outcomes and experience.

Requirements

• Maximum 30 years old.
• Holds a valid Nursing Degree (D3/S1 Keperawatan) and an active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi).
• Experienced nurse; minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience is preferred.
• Exceptional skill and confidence in finding veins for IV therapy.
• Fluent in spoken and written English (Mandatory).
• Strong interpersonal skills with a persuasive, hospitality-driven mindset.
• Pleasant, well-groomed, and professional appearance.
• Warm, empathetic, and able to work excellently within a team.
• Previous experience in medical aesthetics, IV lounges, or premium medical tourism is highly preferred.
