- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus and explain menu items, ingredients, and recommendations
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and input orders into the POS system
- Serve food and beverages according to restaurant standards
- Ensure guests receive the correct orders and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience
- Check on guest satisfaction and respond to requests or complaints professionally
