• ### Job Summary

To provide friendly, efficient, and professional food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a positive dining experience while maintaining Reload Sanctuary’s service standards.

• ### Key Responsibilities
• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus, explain menu items, and assist guests with their orders.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
• Ensure tables, dining areas, and service stations are clean, organized, and properly set up.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth and timely service.
• Respond to guest requests and complaints professionally, escalating issues to the supervisor when necessary.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and grooming standards at all times.
• Assist with opening, closing, and other operational duties as assigned.
• Support the team during busy periods and maintain a high standard of teamwork.
• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
• ### Requirements
• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Well-groomed, punctual, responsible, and service-oriented.
• Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to follow company policies, SOPs, and service standards.
