- Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business performance, customer trends, and key metrics to identify growth opportunities.
- Translate data into actionable insights, forecasts, and strategic business recommendations.
- Build and maintain dashboards, KPI reports, and automated reporting solutions.
- Collaborate with Digital, IT, Data Engineering, and business teams to deliver data-driven initiatives.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and availability to support business decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Intelligence, or Data Analyst in e-commerce, digital business, or retail.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in performance analysis, forecasting, and KPI reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SQL; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio is an advantage.
- Good understanding of digital commerce, retail operations, and data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Willing to be based in Karawaci.
