E-Commerce Operations Supervisor

Supervise daily TikTok store operations to ensure smooth execution and achievement of sales and profitability targets.

Monitor store performance and implement operational strategies to improve sales, conversion rates, average order value, and overall profitability.

• Manage product listings, assortment, pricing, promotions, and SEO optimization to improve product visibility and sales performance.
• Coordinate the execution of TikTok campaigns, including platform-wide promotions, vouchers, and other marketing activities.

Analyze key performance indicators, including traffic, conversion rates, advertising costs, refunds, and operational expenses, to identify areas for improvement.

• Monitor inventory availability, stock movement, and order fulfillment in coordination with warehouse and supply chain teams.
• Ensure compliance with Shopee platform policies, pricing strategies, and internal operational standards.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations to improve store efficiency and profitability.

Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, merchandising, customer service, and logistics, to ensure effective execution of e-commerce activities.

Supervise and guide team members, monitor individual performance, and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.

Kualifikasi

• Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably with hands-on experience managing Shopee stores in Southeast Asia.
• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or team coordination role is preferred.
• Proven experience in improving online sales performance and managing successful product listings or best-selling products.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and identify opportunities for sales growth and profitability improvement.

• Good understanding of Shopee platform features, campaign mechanisms, promotional tools, and store performance metrics.
• Good communication, coordination, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience may also be considered.
