Responsibilities
Optimizing product listings
: Crafting titles with relevant keywords, creating attractive product images, and writing informative descriptions to improve search ranking and conversion.
- Managing campaigns and promotions
- : Running paid ads (e.g., TopAds, Shopee Ads), flash sales, vouchers, and other promotional strategies to boost traffic and sales.
- Analyzing performance
- : Monitoring sales data, customer behavior, and marketplace trends to adjust strategies and improve ROI.

- Cross-platform management
- : Coordinating operations across multiple marketplaces and aligning with marketing or creative teams for brand growth.
- Requirements and skills
- BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative e-commerce manager
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
