Employee Relations Officer (ERC) / Sustainable Development - Factory Pekalongan

Tanggung Jawab

• Handle the receipt, documentation, and follow-up of employee grievances.
• Communicate actively with employees to foster harmonious working relationships.
• Conducting preliminary investigations into reports of violations of the Code of Conduct, Human Rights, or employee complaints.
• Conducting interviews, field observations, and compiling chronologies and investigation reports.
• Conducting outreach regarding the Code of Conduct, Human Rights, Grievance Channels, Anti-Harassment policies, and company policies.
• Support the implementation of Employee Engagement programs and activities aimed at improving employee well-being.
• Support the implementation of social audits (SLCP and other compliance audits).
• Monitor corrective actions resulting from audits and investigations.
• Manage Employee Relations documentation in accordance with company standards.
• Prepare periodic reports on complaint trends, investigation results, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Conducting Training of Trainers.
• Conducting weekly RISE training sessions

Kualifikasi

Minimum bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resources Management, Public Health, or a related field.

At least 1 year of experience in Employee Relations, Social Compliance, Sustainability, HSE, HR T&D, or Human Rights (recent graduates with relevant internship experience may be considered).

Understanding of the concepts of Employee Relations, Code of Conduct, Human Rights, Grievance Mechanisms, and worker protection. Understanding of the fundamentals of Indonesian labor regulations. Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels.

Ability to conduct interviews, field observations, simple investigations, and prepare reports.

Able to maintain the confidentiality of company information and employee data. Possess analytical and problem-solving skills, and be able to work independently as well as in a team.

• Willing to work in a manufacturing environment and interact directly with employees.
• Good communication skills in English Having a BNSP HR Certificate or Training-of-Trainers.
