About the role
Suara Air Resort Ubud is seeking an experienced Engineering Staff to join our team in Ubud, Bali. As an Engineering Staff, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimising the operations of our luxury villa resort, ensuring our facilities and equipment function seamlessly to provide our guests with an exceptional experience.
- What you'll be doing
- Carry out regular inspections, maintenance, and repair of the villa's mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve any equipment or facility-related issues in a timely manner
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to proactively identify and address potential problems
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the villa's facilities meet the highest standards of safety and efficiency
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and equipment performance
- Provide technical support and training to other villa staff as needed
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the villa's engineering and facilities management processes
- What we're looking for
- Senior High School, Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality or facilities management industry
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems
- Proficient in the use of tools and equipment required for maintenance and repair tasks
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
