Engineering Staff

Responsibilities

Establish facility maintenance plans and procedures.

Conduct periodic reviews of actual maintenance plan performance, maintenance costs, workplace safety, and other Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the Engineering Department in general.

Implement company policies and standards, such as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ISO 9001:2018, ISO 14001:2018, etc.

Analyze issues or gaps arising during mechanical (such as pipeline welding and other fabrication processes) and electrical (such as cable short circuits and panel overheating) repair and maintenance processes, perform the necessary troubleshooting, and coordinate with relevant departments or parties to ensure effective problem resolution.

Requirements

• Diploma Degree (D3)
• or
• Bachelor Degree (S1)
• Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering, with min GPA 3.00/4.00
• Fresh Graduate
• or
• 2 years work experience in FMCG production.
• Honest, has good intrapersonal skills, able to perform well under pressure.
• Likes work in the field and is willing to work in the field, able to work with teams and individuals, healthy physically and mentally.

Non-shift working hours

• Monday-Friday: 08:00 - 16:00
• Saturday: 08:00 - 13:00
• Work Placement in Gresik, East Java.
