Job Purpose

To maintain and develop the production process and quality of Homecare, Haircare, and Oralcare products at the Gresik plant

Job Description

Coordination of Gresik R&D to the central R&D to maintain product quality in accordance with applicable standards from the following factors:

• Mixing Process
• Material Usage
• Maintaining the stability of homecare and haircare products by conducting stability tests and reporting to the central R&D.
• Responsible for product specifications and manufacturing standards from applicable regulations.
• Conducting lab trials and production trials if necessary.
• Designing and validating equipment needed for production trials.
• Carrying out 5R, K3, and ISO, CPKB documentation programs consistently and responsibly.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) majoring in Chemical Engineering with minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00
• Fresh graduate up to maximum 1 year of experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Communicative, hard worker, not afraid of height
• Willing to work in Laboratory and Field
• Working Days/Working Hour: Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM
• Placement in Gresik, East Java, and willing to travel for business trips if needed
