English Customer Center Agent Temporary

Cconduct daily operations to follow up customers’ inquiry through phone, email, chat, etc. On top of this, agent may involve key Customer Center activities such as Product review, CS survey, delivery related which collaborate with other vendors as well as other departments and stores.

• Can speak english fluently.
• Ability to operate a desktop computer and familiar with Customer Center system such as Salesforce, Amazon connect, OMS.
• Strong focus on customer service and communication skills .
• Ability to create paragraphs and sentences which are grammatically correct, brief, and accurate.
• Minimum keyboard skills to type 30 words a minute.
• Process knowledge for case handling, call back, escalation, forwarding, reporting and data log.
