EXIM Officer

Import & Export Operations: Coordinate day-to-day import and export shipments, including shipment preparation, documentation review, customs clearance coordination, import licence applications and amendments, and shipment status monitoring.

Trade Compliance & Documentation: Ensure import and export activities comply with applicable Indonesian regulations, Weir policies and procedures. Maintain accurate shipment records and support correct HS code application in accordance with established trade compliance requirements.

Logistics Coordination & Reporting: Work closely with freight forwarders, customs brokers and internal stakeholders to monitor shipment progress, resolve operational issues, manage delivery risks and provide accurate shipment and performance reports.

Process Improvement: Review existing import, export and logistics processes to identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce delays and improve efficiency, documentation accuracy, and operational controls.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a related position.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Experienced in handling export-import documentation, particularly for iron, steel, and related materials.
• Familiar with export-import procedures and supporting documentation.
