About the role
- We are seeking a dedicated and passionate
- Teacher
to join our team at Asa Nusantara Daycare & Kindergarten in Manado, Sulawesi Utara. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in shaping the education and development of young learners.
- What you'll be doing
- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs and abilities of young students
- Facilitate interactive and stimulating learning activities to foster cognitive, social, and emotional growth
- Provide individualised support and guidance to students, ensuring their academic and personal development
- Collaborate with the teaching team to continually improve teaching methods and curriculum
- Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and the wider school community
- Assist with administrative tasks related to student records and learning outcomes
- What we're looking for
- Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience teaching or working with young children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Creativity and problem-solving skills to adapt to the unique needs of each student
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
- Commitment to fostering a nurturing and inclusive learning environment
