Tanggung Jawab
- Implement the RISE curriculum through effective lesson planning and engaging, student-centered teaching.
- Deliver English learning through interactive and learning-by-doing approaches.
- Assess student progress and provide appropriate feedback and support.
- Maintain a positive, safe, and supportive classroom environment.
- Manage student behavior and promote active participation.
- Communicate with parents regarding student progress and development.
- Provide pastoral care and support students' overall well-being.
- Collaborate with colleagues and support school activities, reporting, and continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Education, English, or a relevant field.
- Minimum
- 2 years of relevant teaching experience
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.
- Ability to deliver interactive and student-centered learning.
- Good communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about supporting students' academic and personal development.
