About the role
This position will play a key role in developing our people through engaging and impactful English learning programs. In this role, you will primarily deliver English training, develop learning materials, and create an interactive learning experience that enhances employees' communication skills. You will also support various Human Capital initiatives, contributing to employee development, engagement, and organizational growth.

- Bachelor's Degree in
- English Education
- English Literature
- HR Management
- or a related field from a reputable university.
- Passionate about teaching with proven experience in delivering English training or educational programs.
- Strong command of spoken and written English with excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Experience in developing lesson plans, learning materials, and evaluating learning outcomes.
- Prepare, update, and maintain training materials, records, and related documentation.
- Able to support Training & Development programs and other Human Capital initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage participants from diverse backgrounds.
- Creative, detail-oriented, proactive, and self-driven, with a professional and reliable character.
