English Trainer (School Based)

We are looking for an enthusiastic English Trainer (School Based) to implement and support bilingual education programs in partner schools. You’ll work closely with the Training Manager to deliver engaging sessions, support teachers and ensure the program runs effectively in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate bilingual learning sessions and workshops in schools
• Support teachers in applying bilingual education methodologies
• Provide feedback and reports on program implementation and student engagement
• Collaborate with the Training Manager to ensure consistency and quality of training delivery
• Assist in collecting and analyzing data to improve program outcomes
• Develop and adapt learning materials to suit learners' English proficiency levels.
• Assess learners’ English proficiency and track their progress using LMS and regular assessments.
• Design suitable learning media that meet learners' targeted goals.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in education, teaching or training (experience in bilingual or international schools is a plus)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Passion for education and willingness to learn
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, English or a related field
