𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮'𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐨

• Assist in developing learning materials and training videos.
• Support video production, including camera and audio equipment operation.
• Edit training videos, create scripts, and design visual learning content.
• Collect training data and maintain the training database.
• Collaborate with the L&D team to support ongoing learning programs and initiatives.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞'𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫

• Final-year student (no active classes) or fresh graduate in Educational Technology or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, Lumi Education, or other learning tools.
• Creative in developing learning modules and educational content.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Skilled in video editing (Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar), script writing, and graphic design.
• Familiar with camera operation and basic lighting setup.
