- What You'll Do
- Analyze and improve client business processes.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering, and process discussions with clients.
- Support ERP implementation projects from analysis, configuration, testing, training, and go-live.
- Develop UAT scenarios, test cases, user documentation, and training materials.
- Conduct user training and provide post-implementation support.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- 2–5 years of experience in ERP Consulting, Business Analysis, ERP Support, Finance Systems, or similar roles.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, IFS, Pronto, Accurate Enterprise, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable communicating with users, managers, and business stakeholders.
- Able to create documentation, process flows, and testing scenarios.
- Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
