- What you'll be doing
- Supervising and managing daily accounting and finance operations within the department
- Overseeing the preparation and accuracy of financial statements and reports in accordance with accounting standards
- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate transaction recording
- Reviewing and reconciling general ledger accounts and resolving discrepancies
- Preparing financial reports and analysis for management review and decision-making
- Implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures
- Coordinating with external auditors and tax consultants to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Training and mentoring finance staff members to ensure adherence to policies and procedures
- Monitoring budget performance and providing variance analysis to management
- Processing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities
- Supporting tax compliance and regulatory reporting requirements
- What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards applicable in Indonesia
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Solid understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to lead and collaborate with team members
- Knowledge of taxation and regulatory compliance requirements
- Professional certification such as ACPA or similar qualification is preferred
- Experience with month-end and year-end closing procedures
