As our ERP System Engineer (KINGDEE), you will be responsible for the daily operation, maintenance, user support, and optimization of the Kingdee ERP system, covering Procurement, Sales, Inventory, Production, Planning, and Finance module.
Manage account permission, conduct daily system inspections, troubleshoot issues, handle document and process problems, and ensure the normal operation of all Kingdee Cloud Starry Sky modules (Procurement, Inventory, Production, Planning, Finance). Assist inf coordinating supply chain, production, financial daily operations, and monthly reconciliation

Conduct Kingdee system operation training for various departments, standardize employee input, ordering inbound and outbound, reporting, reconciliation and other operation processes, answer daily system usage questions and prepare operation documents.

Based on business needs, develop, customize, adjust and update daily business reports and statistical reports.
Analyze production, inventory and financial workflow issues, optimize system processes and parameter configurations, and coordinate with the vendor for system bugs and version upgrade handling.
Plan, monitor and control factory material requirements, ensure materials arrive on time and meet production scheduling requirements.
Support warehouse operations, barcode system management, inventory accuracy, material traceability, and overall warehouse efficiency.
1-2 years of practical and maintenance experience in ERP system (KINGDEE)
Proficient in daily operation and maintenance, permission configuration, and document process adjustment of Kingdee. Able to independently handle common system failures.
Minimum 1 year of experience in factory material control / barcode system / warehouse management, with a background in manufacturing factories preferred.
