• Key Responsibilities
• Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQ), and project budgets.
• Request and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Analyze labor, material, equipment, and subcontract costs.
• Coordinate with the engineering, procurement, and project teams during the estimation process.
• Prepare tender submissions and supporting documentation.
• Monitor market prices and maintain an updated cost database.
• Identify potential risks and cost-saving opportunities.
• Assist with project cost control and budget revisions when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Minimum
• 2–5 years
• of experience as an Estimator in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and cost estimation principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and estimation software (e.g., CostX, PlanSwift, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, or similar).
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with residential, commercial, hospitality, or villa development projects.
• Knowledge of value engineering and cost optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with Indonesian construction standards and regulations.
