- We are currently seeking enthusiastic and proactive individuals to join our team as
- Event (BTL)
- & Admin Staff
- to support our marketing events and promotional activities.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist and follow up on the preparation of event concepts and marketing activity plans (events, launchings, etc.)
- Coordinate with vendors, event organizers (EO), and related parties to ensure events run according to plan
- Support promotional activities at dealerships, mall exhibitions, automotive events, and other BTL activities
- Prepare promotional materials such as brochures, banners, backdrops, and merchandise
- Collect and manage potential customer data gathered during events
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Experience in event coordination or marketing support is a plus
- Energetic, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good organizational and coordination skills
- Able to work with vendors and external partners
- Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic English skills; Mandarin is a plus
