- Digital, CRM & Social Media Supervisor.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads
- Maintain company website and update product information
- Handle and monitor company social media accounts
- Manage CRM system and customer database
- Follow up and convert leads into sales opportunities
- Create customer engagement and loyalty programs (email, SMS, CRM)
- Support digital marketing campaigns with the marketing team
- Design visual content for social media, website, and marketing materials
- Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and maintain a premium image
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Design, or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, and social media management
- Experience in managing customer data and lead generation
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate and improve campaign performance
- Strong understanding of visual branding and digital content trends
- Familiar with CRM systems and digital marketing tools
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work in a team
- Good communication skills and customer relationship skills
- Basic design skills (Adobe or similar tools)
- Basic English skills ; Mandarin is an advantage
