Executive Chef

The Royal Purnama, an exclusive beachfront boutique resort (48 luxury Art Suites and Villas with ultimate F&B and Spa facilities) located at Sukawati, Gianyar is looking for candidates to fill in the following position:

• Executive Chef
• Marketing & Event Manager
• Spa Therapist
• Engineering - Daily Worker
• Spa Therapist - Daily Worker

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within a 4- or 5-star hotel, luxury resort, reputable hospitality, or related industry.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of relevant operational standards, service quality, and professional practices related to the applied position.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Perform assigned duties and responsibilities according to the position and departmental requirements.
• Maintain high standards of service, quality, cleanliness, and safety within the work area.
• Provide professional and friendly service to guests and maintain a positive working
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to a dynamic hospitality environment.
• Willing to work flexible hours, shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Able to join immediately.
