- Develop, monitor, and evaluate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across all business functions.
- Design and maintain KPI dashboards, reports, and performance scorecards.
- Analyze operational, financial, and business performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with department heads to establish measurable targets and performance standards.
- Monitor KPI achievement and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
- Conduct root cause analysis for performance gaps and propose improvement initiatives.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity within reporting systems.
- Prepare periodic management reports and performance presentations.
- Support business process improvement and productivity enhancement projects.
- Coordinate KPI review meetings and follow up on action plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Management, Supply Chain, or related fields.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in KPI Analysis, Business Analysis, Performance Management, Data Analysis, or a related role.
- Experience in logistics, warehousing, supply chain, or transportation is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, Power Query, Lookup Functions, Dashboard).
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of KPI frameworks, performance measurement, and data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Willing to travel and work across operational sites when required.
