Tanggung Jawab
Oversees the function of all Food & Beverage team members, facilities, sales, and costs to ensure maximum department profit is achieved. Developing new concepts to ensure customer satisfaction and able to update of menus.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or Food & Beverage.
- 3–5 years of experience in F&B, preferably in a hotel, resort, or golf course.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage Service, Kitchen, and Bar.
- Fluent in communicating with both local and international guests.
- Proficient in budgeting, cost control, and Profit & Loss analysis.
- Able to create attractive F&B menus, events, and promotions.
- Good English communication skills.
- This position will be assigned at Damai Indah Golf – BSD Course (Tangerang Selatan)
